Phenomenal Service and a company that truly cares about our "Fur Kids"

When I emigrated back from the US, getting a good pet insurance for my 9 year old rescue chihuahua was my no 1 priority. (she got hers 6 months before I got mine ;)) Dotsure has been so incredible from day 1!

Their entire team is phenomenal! Bright, friendly, caring and professional.

They are always very helpful with enquiries, and I have never had a claim processed or paid out as swiftly by any insurance company in my life.

I believe the team really cares for animals and is not just working at the company as a "job".

Animal rescue has also been very close to my heart since I was 15. I have been involved with many rescue organisations and shelters, all over South Africa, and I absolutely love that there is a pet insurance company that cares more about just making money, and supports rescue organisations and animals in need, in our country.

I will keep referring DOTSURE to every pet owner I know! :)
