Pet Sales department: Teboho Sengoara

The getting started experience was so easy! A few clicks on Facebook and within 30 minutes I got a call from sales consultant Teboho Sengoara. What I enjoyed most about my interaction with him was: 1. He actually took the time to listen and understand my needs. It felt more like a conversation than a sales pitch which I really really appreciated and he even remembered all my doggie issues I spoke about.... Very cute! 2. He was quick and efficient. I hate phonecalls, especially sales ones, but his communication was so clear, direct and to the point.

While I'm still to experience the payment and claims side of things, so far its 5 starts for Teboho Sengoara and the Dotsure sales department
