Pet Medical History Request

I took out pet insurance recently and a request was sent to me to arrange for the medical history to be sent through for each pet covered. I arranged this with my vet and this was sent direct to Dotsure as requested. I initially only sent for two pets and I received a call from Zoey Tiberio to also send for the third pet, even though my pet was only covered for Accident and not Illness as well. Zoey was professional, extremely helpful and a pleasure to interact with.
