Pet "insurance" that does NOT put your mind at ease
My dog was taken to the vet on Thursday morning and we were told that she had heart failure, and later that day she had to be put down. The euthanasia alone cost R 1450. Dotsure is saying that this was a "voluntary" euthanasia and as such, they are only paying out R 210 of this. Of my total bill exceeding R 2000, they are only paying back R 500
I got the pet insurance to ease my mind thinking that I would be able to properly take care of my pets, but they honestly don't put my mind at ease.
