Pet insurance that cares!
Dotsure has been amazing in dealing with the claims that I have submitted. The refunds are done promptly, sometimes even as quickly as the next day! The agents that deal with the claims are caring and the small touches like the e-mails they send to say 'get well soon' adds the little extra that sets them apart from others!
