Pet Insurance Sign Up

I recently got myself a pet cat and after a nearly scary accident I decided that I needed to get the best possible cover for my precious boy. So I went on to google and searched all the different pet insurance and Dotsure just jumped at me. I am not sure if it was all the tv ads we are subjected when watching tv but something said check them out.

So I went on their site filled in a very easy questionnaire which then took me to the plan options. Their site provides a detailed overview of all the plans as well as the price option but I also had a go with the my price option to see what cover I could get. I sort of knew what plan I was looking for, so I closed Dotsure site and checked out all the other pet insurances to see what they were offering.

Around 16:00, I still had not solidified my decision and thought I would look into it again tomorrow. Before I could finish my thought a gentleman by the name of Mazibulo Myo ( Dotsure Pet Sales Consultant) called me.

Bare in mind I had to complete similar information questionnaires on other sites but not one of them has called me back.

Anyway, Mazibulo was so friendly and understanding of my needs and what I was looking for. He walked me through the cover I would be receiving, what I can and cannot claim for , the price and excess waiver option. He really made me feel comfortable with Dotsure pet insurance, and that is what ultimately sealed the deal for me. I asked him if he could please call me back the following day to finalize, so I could let my husband know about the amazing plan Mazibulo had just explained to me.

An just like clockwork, I received my phone call and that made me feel valued even though I was not even a customer yet. The sign up was effortless, a few questions from his side and within 10 minutes I had my policy number, documents, step-by-step claim instructions and terms and conditions.

Mazibulo made the whole experience so easy with his excellent customer service skills, his understanding of the products and prices and just all round friendliness.
