PET INSURANCE ****MERS

BEWARE OF THESE ****MERS My wife took out a pet insurance policy for our Jack Russel on 5 July 2021 after seeing an add for cheap Pet Insurance. The consultant told her that she could not get the advertised premium because our dog was older than 9 years. In a space of two years the premium has been incresed and is now more than double what we signed up for. Now that we have an claim, the claim is refused due to the fact that our policy is aparently an "Accident Senior" plan. There is no way that we would have taken out this policy if it was made clear to us that it would cover accidents only as we keep him safe at all times. They clearly ****med us into taking out this insurance. The fact that the premium has more than doubled in 2 years (chances of the dog being in an accident has not increased increased at all. They only want your money!!! I am going to sue tham for my money back!!!
