Pet Insurance Claim Rejected

dotsure.co.za Pet Insurance highly disappointed with your service. I have been a loyal client for over 8 years and I have always recieved great service. My recent claim has taken multiple calls and emails with no response. It is almost 2 weeks later and we finally get a response to be told you won't be covering the claim when the "condition" claimed for is listed under the accidental plan on your portal.
