Pet insurance cancellation
It's been a week of emails to their contact email on the website regarding a cancellation of pet Insurance. I have not received any communication even after a follow up email. The notice period for cancellation was followed giving them a month's notice. The debit order that should go off in Deceber will be reversed.
Customer service is poor. If the issue is not resolved in the coming
