Pet Insurance and the service I received

I recently took out pet insurance but my dog developed a serious illness during the waiting period. As I would not have been able to claim for these expenses, I didn't see the point of continuing with the insurance and wanted to cancel my pet insurance. Michael Borman called me to find out my reason and offered me another option which was to only cover my dog for accidental injury. He was very thorough and clear on what this offered to the extent that I decided to take out accident cover. I found Michael to be very professional while being very personable and showing empathy at the dilemma I was facing. Thank you Michael for your service.
