I had incredible service from Heather Mackenzie at Dotsure.co.za who assisted me with pet insurance. Within a few minutes from my query she had contacted me and assisted me with understanding the products available and suiting the best one based on my needs. As an added benefit I received 50% off of my first 3 months of premiums because I have just adopted a French Bulldog from the English & French Bulldog Rescue PLUS the company donated R300 to the rescue group - what a great company!
