I am a new customer to dotsure pet insurance for my exotic pet and with my first claim sent thru all relevant documentation and within 3 working days the money was paid into my account.No hassle no problems and great customer service they keep in contact with you regarding your claim. Thanks dotsure great service keep up the good work.They are also the only pet insurance in SA to cover exotic pets.?
