Pet Insurance

I logged my first claim from my new pet insurance policy on Friday afternoon around 5pm. It was opened with a read receipt immediately and on Monday afternoon I received an email to say the claim would be paid into my account within 2 days. :) Small hick up was that there was a bill from the emergency vet and another from our usual vet (this one was inadvertently missed). I phoned Lily-Anne to query why and she apologized profusely and said it had been an oversight. This invoice was also paid. So I have to say I was delighted with my 1st claim experience. 100% payment except for the 10% contribution to the costs from me. Well done Dot Sure
