Pet insurance

After seeing the advert i decided to get health insurance for my dog. When the time come that i needed it they only pay out a small little fraction of the claim. Afterwards only to find out half the illnesses are excluded. And they basically pay you 10% of the claim. To find out it was totally the opposite of what they explained on phone. They a complete joke!!! I wonder how many other people they caught.
