It was a pleasure to request a quote from Jaen Boschoff. It is usual for online sales consultants to call prospective clients on the phone but in this case I was not able to communicate via phone and requested that I receive all communications via email. Obligingly Dotsure accommodated my request and Jaen was able to answer my questions or queries all on email until I was happy to call in and ask for her to call me to conclude the policy.
