I have insurance with Dotsure for my bearded dragon. I submitted a claim this morning and within 10 minutes I received a breakdown from Chantelle Groenewald who is the claims handler for my claim also stating that I will receive payment within the next 2 to 3 working days. It was so quick and Chantelle is super efficient. Thank you Chantelle for your prompt response - much appreciated
