From the moment I signed my cat up for health insurance, the people at dotsure were friendly and accessible. I dealt with the same person for the entire process, making it personable and pleasurable. The few times I’ve had to submit a claim (cats can get into all kinds of trouble), dotsure was quick to reimburse me and instead of asking for more documents or details as so many other insurance companies tend to do, they just handled it. Increasing my cat’s premium package was easy as well, and Im really happy with their service over all and wouldn’t change.
