Permanently Disabled Pedestrian Hit by DotSure-Insured Driver — Claim Rejected Without Proper Investigation

I am a permanently and totally disabled pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle insured by DotSure at a stop-controlled intersection.

Despite multiple witnesses, a police accident report confirming that the driver struck me, and clear physical damage consistent with the collision, DotSure has rejected my third-party claim.

What is concerning is that:

• DotSure has refused to provide the evidence re**** upon • No independent assessment of my damaged e-bicycle was conducted • Requests for clarification have been declined • Communication has been limited despite repeated attempts

As a permanently disabled pedestrian, I am now left with a damaged mobility device, financial loss, and no clear explanation as to how DotSure reached their decision.

I have made every effort to resolve this matter directly and professionally, including submitting supporting documentation and requesting clarity on the basis of their decision.

However, to date, no meaningful explanation or supporting evidence has been provided.

I am simply requesting:

• Transparency regarding the claim decision • Disclosure of evidence re**** upon • A fair and proper assessment/reassessment of the claim

I hope DotSure will review this matter urgently and provide a fair resolution.
