Paying for Nothing – Claims Not Honored

I am very disappointed with Dotsure. When I signed up, the consultants clearly explained that certain items and events would be covered, which influenced my decision to take out the policy. However, when the time came to submit a claim, I was told that it is not covered. This feels misleading and unfair, as the information provided during the sales process does not match the reality of the policy. It is extremely frustrating to pay premiums faithfully, only to be denied when assistance is needed most.
