I logged a claim with Dotsure, they call me to say my claim finalized they just waiting for some department to approve the release of funds, the following day I receive a call to say my claim is denied because my car tracker was not working which is a lia I have provided them with proof that it was working I still have not received a call from them. I have been with Dotsure for years and this is how they treat their clients in the name of saving money.
