Rachelle Fritz assisted me with my claim extremely fast and was very efficient. My claim was paid within 24 hours of me submitting it, and I received feedback very fast. I am very satisfied with the level of interaction and turnaround times I've had with Dotsure. This was the first time I claimed and it was extremely positive. I'm so glad I have pet insurance with Dotsure!
