Pathetic Service when coming to claims

Good Morning

I will like to submit a complaint as I am not happy with this claims process

I have submitted all documents that was required, and consultants keep on telling me that they don’t have documents and my claims was placed on hold. Now i have just received another e-mail to say my claim has been cancelled as they still have not received documents and i have been sending documents the whole of last week

I am not happy at all and asking that you check attached documents and settle my claim.
