Pathetic service not worth being a client

This company cannot stick to their promises or get matters resolved, I had logged 2 claims my cellphone repairs Dec 2018 and they were taken to platinum repairs numerous times and still *****ed up the Phones, I have called them since Feb. this year and every time a agent says They "promise to call back" and never do. Apparently its sitting with management now for over a month and they still cannot decide or even resolve my issue. This is a bs company and no one should do business with them as they cannot keep to their word or get back to you when you leave a message to contact you back,
