Pathetic service from Dotsure pet insurance
NEVER EVER obtain pet insurance from dotsure. We have been trying for 3 months to cancel our pet insurance - with no luck. The first agent transfers you to a second agent who obviously do not understand the words " Please cancel my pet insurance with immediate effect". Despite repeating my request several times, he still insisted on me taking out another option instead of cancelling the insurance. Now we eill have to wait till the end of the month to see if the insurance has been cancelled or not....
