Pathetic service!!!
I have put through a claim on 3rd August 2023 for my service. Dotsure up until now hasn't processed my claim! I try to get a hold of them via the contact number, email and online portal, but still no reply. This company produces pathetic service and I will never recommend them to anyone else. They take your money easily, but when it comes to claiming, there's no order.
This is the worst warranty cover by far !
