Dotsure make use of a 3rd party to call you and offer you insurance that is much cheaper than your current service provider. They keep asking what your current premium is and guarantee that they will better it. They then indicate that they will send you a mail and you can then review before accepting the offer. You then never receive the mail and if you call to enquire when you will be receiving the quotation, they claim they cannot open the quotation. They then take you trough the same process of answering all the questions, but this time around the instalment of the policy is much higher. They also say they will call back but never do. I made call on 29/30/31 August and only after loading a second bad mail on their web site did they return the call. The service is beyond pathetic and false advertising done by the third party.
