Pathetic Service

I wrote a review about the bad service of dotsure, they rep**** to rectify their mistake.They assured me that they will look into the shortfall to see jf they can assist me by paying a percentage to make it easier for me as my policy has a shortfall cover but they can't guarantee any amount and will get back to me.I never received any feedback again,I wrote them another email and still received no response.They also still do nothing about the reckless young man who wrote my car off,instead they believe his story about a 3rd vehicle that pushed his car into mine but there is no evidence of a 3rd vehicle because it was only 2 vehicles involved in the accident. The police officers who attended the accident scene interviewed both me and that young man and we both confirmed that there were only 2 vehicles involved. I gave all the information to dotsure ,all dotsure have to do is to get the statements from the officers and the accident report but dotsure gave up when the young man said afterwards there was a 3rd vehicle involved.Dotsure is really inadequate in handling my claim. I cannot recommend them to anyone.I am so disappointed and frustrated that I ever trusted dotsure,it seems they just make empty promises and it's really totally unprofessional and unacceptable. They expect me to take off work and get photos, video footage, etc as if I am one of their employees. Really, dotsure is useless when it comes to handling claims.
