Pathetic service

Worst service!! They have been taking out money from my account, more than wat was agreed upon. Insurance premium was just under R1800 but was debited for almost R3000. When queried they said there was additional charges that was agreed upon but I have no recollection of that. Told them that calls are record and they can go through it and hear for themselves. But still no feedback and no return of my money. After that incident they brought my premium down to R1327. I have all paperwork. But this month they took out R2000. They are rogues. They are just *****ing my hard earned money. Please let me know if anyone else has encountered this with dotsure.

I will be taking legal action and I don't advise anyone to take up a policy with them. There is no transparency. There are hidden cost which is not disclosed.

I want my money returned and policy cancelled. I will not be referring this insurance company to anyone. If not legal action will be taken

Also you saying they will investigate but from the the first query I had they still investigating and taking out more money. So what investigating are u doing. I have had no feedback from anyone. They have just reduced my premium thinking that everything will be fine. I will not stop until my money is returned and policy cancelled.
