Pathetic service

Should have named themselves NOT SURE.

Had an emergency at home. Called them and I was told that I would be contacted by another department for assistance.

Not a single call yet.

Cheaper premiums equates to inferior service.

I have given them the benefit of the doubt and stayed with them after eventually being assisted.

Ever since I did have 2 other claims and its was dealt with swiftly with now issues.
I have since changed my opinion and would now give them 5 stars.
