Pathetic Service

I dealt with a claims consultant Chantelle Groenewald. Never in my life have I come across a person that avoids every question asked to her. I put through a claim at the beginning of August requesting a complete breakdown of the amount refunded to me. To date and 3 weeks later I still have not received any feedback. She is rude and completely evassive!
