Pathetic Service
I was on Hollard and then transfered to Dotsure without my consent, this was the worst mistake Hollard made. Dotsure offers pathetic service and when the speak to you on the phone, they are not apologetic. When you ask for the supervisor they tell you that the person does not exist. The contractors they use are not professional at all. I have had the worst experience ever with Dotsure in the two months that I have been with them. I can never recommend this insurance to anyone. A home emergency is only attended to after 8 hrs of registering the case.

24 Jul 2021, 10:57Hi, Dotsure is really the worst insurance one could ever have. I registered a home emergency claim with them thursday morning and they only sent their plumbers 5.5hrs later only for them not to fix the problem and they left. Come Friday morning the same problem manifests and I call Dotsure at 0530 and they only sent their plumbers at 1730 only for them again to say they cannot see the problem. Obviously 12hrs after the emergency how do you expect to see anything???. It's Saturday morning now and Dotsire is telling me to find my own plumber and get the problem fixed. Is this how insurance works???? I have never been treated in such a way, this ia appauling service..... Dotsure needs to get this right!!! There is no way I can stay with such an insurance
