PATHETIC NON-SERVICE

Dotsure was the biggest mistake i ever made in my life. They dont update me, they dont reply to emails they dont do anything. Even "senior managers" in claims are not bothered about this. The first hello peter complaint i lodged i got a "we are investigating" copy and paste response, if you dare respond with text book answers i swear i will cancel the vehicle and home content covers. I i do not call in to follow up no one bothers to update me. I even made a CEO complaint but still Max himself did not email me he sent a manager that does not reply back after i rep****. South Africa, Dotsure is not make sure!!!
