Pathetic, disgusting service
What pathetic service from my insurer for the past 3 years... disgusted with them.. i have 3 policies with dotsure and 2 of them are vehicles... i was involved in an accident on the 28th may and my bakkie was towed to my panel beater. I thought that my policy included a vehicle hire option...but lo and behold i don't have the platinum cover which covers vehicle hire.. .. when i was sold the policy i was not told that and now dotsure refuses to give me feedback on that and what is the way forward..i have been PROMISED A CALL BACK SINCE MONDAY AFTER NOON BUT IT IS NOW THURSDAY AND STILL NO CALL!!!! WHAT PATHETIC ***** THE BUNCH OF YOU
