Pathetic disappointing service From DOTSURE

I am appalled at the after service from DOTSURE. I was sold a car insurance policy which was a cash payout. I was told I would save money if I took the policy this way. What they didn’t tell me is that when you have a claim it absolves them from all responsibility related to the repair of your car. 3 months and 13 days later I am still without my car. It was taken to a DOTSURE approved panel beater and I am been given the run around by the panel beater cos they know that it’s a cash policy and that DOTSURE won’t help. Pathetic service all round. I can’t wait to cancel my policy once my car is sorted out. I called DOTSURE for assistance only to be told they can’t even help me by calling Their Approved panel beater and placing some pressure on them.
