Pathetic!!

As low is the rates, so poor is there service... Broke down in lockdown, in march and was left standing on the roadside at high risk of hijack or mugging...for six hours and even in darkness. Managed apparently by AA reaction was so poor and inadequate, as to break all records. If it would happen again this year, it seems ill get no help at all! Dont expect any sober or realistic commentary from management either.
