Paid our claim within 24 hours!
What a breath of fresh air in the pet insurance industry. Rather than focusing on taking your money and resisting payouts (like other insurance companies), DotSure exceeded our expectations and paid our claim (i.e. money in the bank) within 24 hours. Clear communication from their team (Arina Reyneke-Meyer), intuitive web portal for submitting documents and overall great value for money. We've been with them for just 1 month and they covered an accident without question! Looking forward to many years ahead together.
