Overcharged on policy pricing and refuse to reimburse me. ******* ******* *******!!

Absolutely shocking!!!

I get sent an updated policy with a reduced cost in premium, but instead they continue to debit the full original amount from my account, and even have the audacity to Increase the premium.

I ask to be reimbursed for the over charge - they say no, they couldn't reach me by phone to confirm the policy!

How did we get to reduced policy premium if I hadn’t spoken to someone on the phone about it in the first place.

The email so happily CONFIRMS the updated policy.

Yet when told they are not adhering to the revised cost - they say it’s my fault, they needed another phone conversation to confirm but couldn’t reach me.

Sorry what? How is the first conversation and the email and updated policy not sufficient??

Where is the email to say they can’t reach me for another phone call to confirm the COnFIRmEd policy they sent me , which is apparently now only a ‘quote’ but says it’s the NEW policy and there is NO mention of the word Quote anywhere.

I am done with this *******, thieving organisation.

They literally do not care about your concern - they just spin stories all day in order to take maximum amount of funds from you, with zero in return.

For a company that deals with pet insurance- a stressful process in itself - they should be shut down.
