Outstanding service, what a pleasure
Erika Richter and Dotsure are a 5 star team! The time taken from registration to finalisation of my claim was about 3 hours! This included a call from Erika and numerous email updates along the way. What peace of mind to deal with such friendly professionalism. The cherry on the top was the cute get well card sent for my cat- keep it up guys, you truly believe in customer service
