Outstanding service from Dotsure Pet Insurance

My cat Lulubelle had to have treatment last week Wednesday for an abscess behind her ear. Hillside Vet submitted the claim in the morning and by that afternoon I had received an email from Antoinette Botes informing me that my claim had been processed and I can expect the money in my account within 3 working days.

I can't praise Dotsure Pet Insurance enough. This is my second claim in the last few months and each time the service has been outstanding.

And I received the cutest email wishing Lulubelle a speedy recovery. Thank you so much!
