Outstanding service from Bernadine at DotSure.

From Erica and Amy putting me through to the right person to talk to, all the way to speaking with Bernadine Bence, this was truly the best interaction I’ve ever had with a company. Not only with DotSure, but also with the call agents themselves.

Bernadine was very informative, and I could genuinely feel that she had my best interests at heart. The call was swift, and she really knows her stuff! I hope I always end up on her line when I call!
