After a traumatic experience of having my vehicle catch fire, Dotsure was absolutely amazing. From arranging the towing of the vehicle, to submitting the claim. Within 1 week my claim had been approved. They were constantly communicating with me via email or phone. After the claim was processed, they even phoned me to inform me that the premium which was debited after the claim was submitted, would be refunded to me. When I get my new vehicle, I will definitely be using them again.
