Outstanding service

So Zanne Grobler contacted me regarding pet insurance for my dog child. She introduced herself properly and spoke Afrikaans. She explained the different options and allowed me to make my choice in my own time. So when I informed her of my choice option aa few days later, she immediately acknowledged and respected that. She wasn't like some consultants of other companies who demand you telling them why you've made certain choices. Now this is one competent lady. Thank you Zanne!
