OUTSTANDING EFFICIENT SERVICE IN DURBAN

I wanted to share my experience with Dotsure. As a pet mum I was very upset when my pet was injured at a local kennel in KZN. My baby is 7months old and was combed with a metal brush on his eye, and when he was collected on the pick up day, I was told a lie that he had soap in his eye. Having to notice that his behaviour indicated trauma.

Instictively I took him into the vet, had him checked and due to trauma , and the nature of his accident. I got in touch with DOTSURE, The process was handled so quickly with them. The NORTHDENE vet signed off on the accident and within 24hrs Dotsure had kept in touch with me all the while, making sure my paw baby was ok. The staff where so helpful and the process was so quick and easy.

Unlike human medical aids. Dotsure was so efficient. I highly recommend them to all pet owners. The service was outstanding.
