Outstanding Customer Service
Excellent service from them always, premiums so affordable .every consultant is so helpful ,Lucia Mmatladi assisted me with my new policy ,extremely polite on the phone and so welcoming ,I love that one email and she called me back immediately, thats what i call excellent service,compared to other insurance companies that i called .Dotsure also has such amazing competitions and i won R 7000 in October just for getting a quote,even though i did not accept the quote at that point in time,no one forced me or anything .I would highly reccomend them always.
