I received outstanding service from Dotsure. They already made me feel as if my fur babies and I were part of the family. Bernadine is an exceptional consultant and is a great asset to the company. She is friendly and concise and has great telephone etiquette. She knows her job extremely well and is patient and and kind when being asked questions as well as with her responses.
