I dealt with Taahirah Simons over the phone who helped me with a claim. She had the BEST attitude and from the moment she said 'How can i help you' - I knew she had a positive smile on the other side of the phone. She was happily helpful and made me feel completely relaxed! Thank you Taahirah!
