Outstanding and Humbling Service :)
Warm greetings ! My experience with Mrs. Jonelle Jooste from the DOTSURE Claims Department has been nothing but absolutely wonderful and painless ! She patiently guided me through the process with professionalism and friendliness, also activating my Excess-Buster policy and making follow-ups with the service provider for the successful implementation of the request.
