OUTRAGES, RUDE CONSULTANT

Received the most outrages service from a consultant, I was shouted at for cancelling a policy. When I asked her do I not have a right she told me I have but questioned me why I app**** in the first place if I was going to cancel. She kept on screaming at me and whenever I try to explain she kept on going and I finally decided to scream back JUST CANCEL and drop the phone.
