Out of patience

I am still expecting your team to contact me. Another 3 working days have passed. Not even a simple email on when I should expect your satisfying response. Please note that i will be escalating this matter to a law official if i do not get a response in 48 hours.

The last time which was last Thursady I recieved this very same reply. And it has been two weeks to be exact now since I initially requested assistance from your team.
Hence I need to know when exactly I will get any assistance.
