Online Chat & Policy Review savings

I wanted to change/update my details with Dotsure and it was so easy to do it online with their Online chat system, I just had to give my policy number and they asked what details to update and within a minute it was done and they sent me an updated policy schedule immediately via email. I was so thrilled that I didn't have to go through the whole call centre*press this for that* situation. Did I also mention that they told me I was due for an Annual review of the policy and my premiums went down, who wouldn't appreciate saving in this unstable economy?. Thank you so much Dotsure
